1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gmail Expert at https://gmailexpert.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
Gmail Expert is an AI-powered email management tool that connects to your Gmail and/or Microsoft Outlook account to read your emails, generate summaries, classify urgency, and produce a daily digest. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Gmail Expert. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
4. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account credentials with others. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
By connecting your Gmail or Outlook account, you grant Gmail Expert read-only access to your emails solely for the purpose of providing the service. You may revoke this access at any time from within the app or directly through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
5. Subscription and Billing
Gmail Expert offers a 3-day free trial followed by a paid subscription at $2.99 per month. By starting a trial and providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Use the service to process emails belonging to others without their consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
- Use automated means to access the service in a manner that exceeds normal usage
7. Intellectual Property
Gmail Expert and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your email content — we do not claim any rights over your emails or the summaries generated from them.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated summaries will be accurate or complete. Email summaries are generated by AI and should not be relied upon as a substitute for reading the original email in full for critical matters.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gmail Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
